A dark, powerful Teroldego. This is solid juice, crafted to only improve over time. A nose with notes of violet, black fruits, and cacao. Palate: fruity, dense, mineral and powerful. The wines of Elisabetta are the epitome of elegance.
100% Teroldego, from vines grown biodynamically and cultivated on alluvial soils, with gravel and pebbles. Granato is the estate’s most concentrated Teroldego cuvée. Vinification: grapes are de-stemmed, carbonic maceration in in open vats, and matured for 15 months in barrels. New wood is forbidden. Neither fined nor filtered, very light dose of sulphites at bottling.
