100% Teroldego, from vines grown biodynamically and cultivated on alluvial soils, with gravel and pebbles. Granato is the estate’s most concentrated Teroldego cuvée. Vinification: grapes are de-stemmed, carbonic maceration in in open vats, and matured for 15 months in barrels. New wood is forbidden. Neither fined nor filtered, very light dose of sulphites at bottling.
