A 100% Grenache Blanc cuvée from 17-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on Villafranchian soils in the commune of Aspiran, in the Hérault valley. Yields: 12 hl/ha. Vinification: just a little bit of direct pressing, grapes destemmed by hand followed by maceration in vats for 36 days, and 11 months of maturation in the same containers. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero added sulphur.
