A blended cuvée of 50% Carignan, 25% Grenache Noir, 23% Syrah and 2% Muscat. From 20-40-year-old vines grown on south- and north-facing slopes of stony clays. The estate is certified organic. The soil is lightly tilled twice a year, and grapes are harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: maceration of the whole bunches for 7 days. Maturation for 8 months in old barrels. Blending one month before bottling, on the 28th of April 2022. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled with less than 1 g/hl of sulphur.
