Blend of 50% Grenache Noir from 20-year-old vines and 50% Cinsault from 5-year-old vines grown organically and planted in the commune of Paziols, on clay and limestone soils with pebbles. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification without any additives: direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats, 8 months maturation in vats. Neither fined nor filtered, and just a microdose of sulphur during bottling at the Estate, on the 28th of April 2022.
