100% Lledoner Pelut, the Catalan Grenache, from 40-year-old vines cultivated organically and planted on a 0.3 hectare parcel, on stony clayey-limestone soils. South exposure. Manual harvest, direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in fibreglass vats, without racking. Neither fined nor filtered, bottled at the Estate in April 2021 with just a microdose of sulphur.
