A nose with deep notes of black fruits and thyme... Palate: this is fine, fruity juice, boasting beautiful freshness and a long and tart finish.
100% Lledoner Pelut, the Catalan region’s Grenache. From 40-year-old vines grown on stony clays, facing north. The estate is certified organic. The soil is lightly tilled twice a year, and grapes are harvested by hand with small crates. Natural vinification: maceration of the whole bunches for 10 days. Maturation for a bit more of 12 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate in November 2022 without fining or filtration, zero added sulphur.
