100% Lledoner Pelut, the Catalan region’s Grenache. From 40-year-old vines grown on stony clays, facing north. The estate is certified organic. The soil is lightly tilled twice a year, and grapes are harvested by hand with small crates. Natural vinification: maceration of the whole bunches for 10 days. Maturation for 12 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate in November 2022 without fining or filtration, zero added sulphur.
