Clausus is the new name of the Clos Serre Cabanis cuvée as when we stray away from PGIs, the name “clos” cannot be used anymore! Pure Grenache from 30-year-old vines, conducted organically and planted on limestone marls. Natural vinification: short maceration in whole bunches but not a carbonic maceration, soft pressing, aging for 10 months in vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, micro dose of sulphur.

Ludovic Engelvin is a young vigneron running his own eponymous estate located in Vic-le-Fesq in the heart of the Gard in southeast France.
