Contak Blanc was supposed to be the Agusti Blanc cuvée, therefore a blend of 70% Macabeu and 30% Muscat from vines of 100 and 40 years old, grown organically and planted on stony clay-limestone soils. Manual harvesting, direct pressing, so far as usual... Except that the cuvée experienced blocking during its fermentation and was bottled with 2gr/liter of residual sugars in November 2022. Now it's dry, so just a bit frizzante. Not fined, not filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur added to avoid having other surprises!
