100% Lledoner Pelut, from 40-year-old vines cultivated organically and planted on stony clayey-limestone soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification. Direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in fibreglass vats, without racking, for eight months. Bottled at the Estate in April 2023. Neither fined nor filtered, just a microdose of sulphur.
