Blend of Syrah, Carignan and Merlot from the 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 vintages. The grapes macerated for a minimum of 10 days in whole bunches, aging in vats with a special selection of vats that would improve over time. Last 12 months of aging in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled in July 2021 without fining, filtration or added sulfites.

Olivier Cohen, originally from Nice, began drinking natural wine at La Part des Anges, the iconic bar and cellar on the Côte d’Azur. Almost self-evident, he began working with winegrowers, and studied with big names such as Thierry Allemand in Cornas, Valette in Mâcon, Arena in Corsica, Gonon in Saint-Joseph… All stars!
