A 100% Mourvèdre cuvée from young vines grown in sustainable farming, planted on clay and limestone soils with rolled pebbles. Manual harvest. Vinification: very soft extraction, 12 months of aging in barrels. Bottled without filtration, with just a small dose of sulfites.
