A nose with notes of black fruits, thyme, soft spices... Palate: dense and silky, fine and balanced, a full-bodied wine with a long finish, without any heaviness.
100% Mourvèdre cuvée from young vines grown with sustainable farming, planted on clay-limestone soils and rolled pebbles. Manual harvest. Vinification: gentle extraction, fermentation and aging for 12 months in barrels. Bottled at the Domaine after a very light sulfiting.
Xavier Braujou settled in Aniane back in 1998, just next to the Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac.
