100% Mourvèdre cuvée from young vines grown with sustainable farming, planted on clay-limestone soils and rolled pebbles. Manual harvest. Vinification: gentle extraction, fermentation and aging for 12 months in barrels. Bottled at the Domaine after a very light sulfiting.
