A blended cuvée: 60% Carignan (113 years old) and 40% Syrah (40 years old), grown on iron-rich clay-limestone soils in the commune of Lagrasse, in the area of the Corbières appellation. Yields: 25 hl/ha. Vinification: non-interventionist, separate maceration of the two grape varieties for 90 days with whole bunches. Blended then matured in concrete vats for one year. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added.
