A blend of 90% Grenache Blanc from 63-year-old vines, and 10% Chardonnay and Muscat d'Alexandrie, farmed organically and planted in the commune of Aspiran on Villafranchian-era soils. Natural vinification: after direct pressing, only the best juice from “heart of the press” is used. The wine is bottled by gravity according to the lunar calendar, aged in stacks for 5 months, then disgorged. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
