100% Grenache Blanc from 65-year-old vines, grown on calcareous marls in the commune of Aspiran (Vallée de L'Hérault). Vinification: direct pressing, only the first pressing is kept for this cuvée, without settling of the lees, bottled by gravity, maturation on racks for 2 months. Disgorged. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added.
