A natural sparkling wine, with a nose of crushed red berries. On the palate, this is a wine boasting aromas of white fruits, rose and citrus fruit, and elegant bubbles. Place upright in the fridge a few hours before enjoying to allow the natural deposit to settle – and serve chilled!
A brand new blend, with 50% Chenin from young three-year-old vines planted by Kohki, 25% Mourvèdre and 25% Syrah from thirty-year-old vines, on clay-limestone soils. Organic viticulture. Vinification: direct pressing, start of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with indigenous yeasts, bottled et the end of October 2022 according to the méthode ancestrale, with a few grams of residual sugar remaining to create the bubbles. Not disgorged, and not fined or filtered. Zero added sulphur!
