A blend of 80% Terret Bourret from 9-year-old vines, 10% Picpoul from 25-year-old vines and 10% Muscat d'Alexandrie from 41-year-old vines, planted on clay-limestone soils in the commune of Marseillan. Natural vinification: direct pressing without settling for the Terret and the Picpoul, and manual destemming then 40 days of maceration in vats for the Muscat. The wine is then blended and matured in vats on the lees for 6 months. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
