A 100% Cinsault cuvée from a single parcel of old vines grown biodynamically. Harvesting is by hand, and yields are low. Natural vinification, soft extraction, maturation for 12 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate with a small dose of sulfites.

Xavier Braujou settled in Aniane back in 1998, just next to the Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac.
