100% Picpoul from 33- and 5-year-old vines, planted on a clay-limestone terroir in the commune of Marseillan. Harvesting is done by hand, with yields of around 30 hl/ha. Natural vinification: very gentle direct pressing without settling, followed by maturation on the lees for 9 months. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
