Languedoc

Picapol - 2021 - Patrick Bouju

Domaine la Bohème

A luscious nose of white fruit, quince paste, and citron... Palate: beautiful freshness, great ratio between fruit and acidity. A real success.

Manual harvesting and natural vinification. 50% of direct pressing and 50% destemmed, the grapes macerate in the press juice for about 8 days. Soft pressing, aging in fibre tanks, bottled in the beginning of June 2022. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulphites.
