100% Niellucio from vines planted in 2013 by Xavier, on the terroir of Aniane, on clay-limestone soils with the presence of rolled pebbles. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by traditional vinification: gentle pressing, 24 months of maturation in barrels. Bottled at the estate with a small dose of sulphites.
