Blend of 45% Grenache Noir, 20% Cinsault, 20% Syrah and 15% Carignan, from several plots of land in the following locations: Planète, Tamaris, Saint Jeante and Moulas. The estate is certified organic. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: 7 days of maceration in whole bunches. End of fermentation and maturation for 5 months in wooden vats that have seen five wines. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
