Blend of 50% Grenache Noir, 20% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah, 5% Cinsault and 5% Carignan, from several plots of land in the following locations: La Made, Le Rieu and Tamaris. The estate is certified organic. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: 7 days of maceration in whole bunches. End of fermentation and maturation for 9 months in wooden vats that have seen eight wines on average. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
