Blend of Syrah and Merlot from the estate's vines grown organically. Indigenous grass grow between the vines rows, and a flock of sheep graze 9 months of the year in the vines. Manual harvest. Vinification: 10 days in whole bunches, soft pressing, one year of ageing. Bottled just before the 2022 harvest with a micro-dose of sulfur (1 gram/hectoliter).
