Siclène - 2021 - Xavier Braujou
La Terrasse d'Elise
A complex, fruity wine, with notes of pear, peach, citrus, and acacia... Palate: this is a rich, generous, intense juice... with a long finish marked by lovely bitter notes.

A blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Chardonnay, from old vines farmed sustainably, harvested manually using small crates, with controlled yields: about 20 hl/hectare. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentations and maturations in barrels, 6 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate with a small dose of sulfur in order to protect the wine.
