A blend of about half Roussanne and half Marsanne, from old vines farmed sustainably, harvested manually using small crates, with controlled yields. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentations and maturations in vats, 9 months of aging. Bottled at the Estate during the Spring 2023 with a small dose of sulfur in order to protect the wine.
