100% Cinsault (89 years old), grown on schist soils in the commune de Cabrerolles in the Faugères appellation area. Yields: 15 hl/ha. Vinification: non-interventionist, maceration for 60 days with whole bunches. Matured in vats for 12 months. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added. 2800 bottles produced.
