Blend of half Terret and half Muscat, from vines grown organically and planted respectively at 400 and 200 meters above sea level, on clay and limestone soils. Manual harvest in 15 kgs crates, with sorting of the grapes. Natural vinification: destemming, 20 days of maceration of the berries in vats, soft pressing, 6 months of aging in amphorae. Just a micro-dose of sulfites.
