A 100% Syrah cuvée, from young vines farmed sustainably, though the estate is not certified organic. The grapes are handpicked using small crates, with yields around 35 hl/hectare. Vinification: a short maceration, gentle pressing, and 6 months of maturation in vats. Bottled on the estate during Spring 2023, with a light dose of sulphites.

Xavier Braujou settled in Aniane back in 1998, just next to the Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac.
