Blend: one third of Grolleau and two thirds of Gamay, from organically grown vines planted on schist soils in Oudon, hand harvested. Natural vinification without inputs: one week of co-maceration of the two grape varieties, matured in fiber vats. Bottled at the Estate nat the end of March 2022 without fining or filtration, zero added sulfite!
In 2015, Philippe Chevarin embarked on a second career: after having worked as a musician and sound engineer alongside such stars as Dominique A. and Vanessa Paradis, he found himself leaving it all to pursue a divine idyll in the world of wine! The revelation came from an encounter with the great winemaker Thierry Puzelat – or more specifically with a bottle of Puzelat’s Le Buisson...All wines
