A blend of Carignan and Mourvèdre, from vines farmed organically, using biodynamic methods, and planted at an altitude of 700 metres on black marl terraces. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the yields are kept low. Vinification: just three days of maceration, then a bit more of 10 months of maturation in concrete vats. Unfiltered, unfined, and zero added sulphur! Bottled on the 25th of May, 2022.
