A cuvée produced with grapes bought to Yoyo's neighbor, who also owns a few rows of vines on the parcel that usually makes the Vierge Rouge cuvée. Yoyo's rows did not produce enough clusters in 2020, so she naturally turned to his friend. 100% Grenache Noir, organically grown and manually harvested, a few days of carbonic maceration, two months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in November 2021 (primeur!) without fining, filtration or added sulfites.
