A blend of 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Syrah, made from purchased grapes that were harvested manually on the 26th of August, 2021. Natural vinification: in whole bunches, Laurence just launches the fermentations with a bit of destemmed grapes, 12 days of semi-carbonic maceration, soft pressing, short aging in casks tjat have seen several wines, it's a primeur! Not fined, not filtered, just a micro-dose of sulfur during bottling at the Estate.
