A natural sparkling wine made of 100% Xarel.lo from 30-year-old vines grown organically and harvested by hand. Vinification: ancestral method, direct pressing, bottled with residual sugars in order to create the effervescence, 9 months of aging on laths, disgorged manually, without any added sulfur. Neither fined nor filtered.
