A "tinted white" with real substance! With its puzzling yet exceedingly charming nose, this unique wine boasts notes of cranberry, redcurrant, lychee and yellow apple. Palate: fluid without simply being easy-drinking, this wine of great finesse can be enjoyed from aperitif into dinner.

Not white or red, rosé or orange... a hybrid! A blend of Macabeu, with a bit of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc, from old vines planted on calcareous soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by direct pressing of the three grape varieties. The juice is poured into 5-hectolitre vats over the marc from Syrah grapes, sitting for maximum 24 hours (call it an "infusion"), then is matured 7 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled in March 2022 without fining or filtration, and without added sulphur.
