A tribute to Patrice’s grandmother, "a peasant like me!". The nose is mineral, with notes of redcurrant, and flowers. Palate: from the first mineral attack, this is aromatic and intense juice, with a long finish. Looks like a white with a light red wine structure! Very, very nice.

Blend of 80% Grenache Gris and 20% Macabeu from vines grown organically and harvested by hand. Separate vinification of the two grape varieties: direct pressing for the Macabeu, and a week of carbonic maceration of the whole bunches of the Grenache Gris. Aged for more than a year in stainless steel vats, with a small portion in amphorae. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur during racking.

Patrice Delthil, originally from the Tarn region in France, fell into the magic of natural wine as a grown up man! After training as an accountant, which he was hardly passionate about, he worked for surfing and skiing jobs, and then one day... he had a revelation!
