A blended cuvée of of 60% Grenache Noir and 40% Syrah, from 40-year-old vines planted on soils of granitic sands and farmed organically. Vinification: carbonic maceration for 2 weeks, gentle pressing to preserve the fruit flavours, then maturation in vats. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulphur (less than 1 gr/hl).

Edouard Laffitte jumped into viticulture after several years working at the cooperative of Estézargues in the Gard, where he met Jean-François Nicq of Domaine Les Foulard Rouges, with whom he’d discover natural wine.
