A blend of two parcels of vines, with 40% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 30% Syrah from 15 years old vines, grown organically, with grass cover between the rows. A natural winemaker, Bruno has his work cut out for him with his steep, terraced parcels. Composed mainly of schist soils, mechanised farming is impossible here, so Bruno can only use a horse for ploughing. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentations and aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in May 2022 without fining nor filtration, zero added sulphur.
