New blend in 2024! A blend of two parcels: one on the Banyuls Cru with 35% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre, and another in the Albères with 50% Cinsault. Vines averaging 20 years old, with the Cinsault reaching 100 years! Hand-harvested, carefully sorted in the vineyard. Bottled in Spring 2025, unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfur.
