In 2024, a blend of the usual La Pascole and L’Anodine cuvées—small harvest this year, the wild boars had their share! 90% Grenache Noir, Gris, and Blanc, with 10% Carignan from 60-year-old organically farmed vines, planted on two small parcels—half hand-plowed, half grass-covered. Hand-harvested, naturally vinified, whole-cluster maceration in wooden vats, aged in neutral barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfur.
