Blend of 70% Carignan and 30% Mourvèdre, from vines in the process of being converted to biodynamics, planted on the small town of Baixas, on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest and yields of 20 hl/ha. Natural vinification: three weeks of co-maceration of the two grape varieties in whole clusters, with treading, pump-overs and punch-downs. Six months of aging in wooden casks, without new oak. Neither fined nor filtered, without added sulfites.
