Roussillon
So much pleasure vintage after vintage for this juice that screams both summer and freshness. Notes of apricot, citrus fruits, honey, a hint of iodine... The palate is round, generous, perfectly balanced by the mineral tension, and the tangy finish. Bravo Yoyo!
A blend of 75% Grenache Gris and Blanc, up to 85 years old (and from the highest altitude vines in Banyuls), and 25% Carignan Blanc and Gris, from young vines. An extreme parcel – a north-facing, stony wasteland. This exploit of nature is only possible thanks to underground springs. Manual harvest on the 12th of August. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats, maturation for 6 months in barrels that have seen 7 or 8 wines. Bottled at the estate without fining nor filtration, just a micro-dose sulphur.

Today, our taste buds are thrilled that she did! She may be petite, but she cultivates some of the most difficult plots in France.
