A natural sparkling wine made of 100% Grenache Blanc, the vines are planted in the Corbières area on clay-limestone soils. Vinification: ancestral method, direct pressing, bottled with residual sugars in order to create the effervescence, one year of aging on laths, disgorged manually, without any added sulfur.
