Nose carried by notes of pear, white peach, flowers, citrus fruits, just a hint of biscuit. The palate is lively, tense, mineral, saline, very fresh, it is a very beautiful expression of this grape variety.

A 100% Altesse cuvée, from 6- and 7-year-old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on two parcels at 480 and 520 meters above sea level, pebbly soils with abundant stones over granite and glacial moraine in the Vin-des-Allobroges appellation area, east of Thonon-les-Bains. The vineyard is ploughed by horse and, of course, harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, almost 10 months of maturation in concrete eggs, with just a little sulphur. Bottled at the Estate in June 2022.
