Welschriesling - 2020 - Viktor Sipos

Siklos Winery

100% Welschriesling from 30-year-old vines, grown organically, and planted on the hill of Siklos, 300 meters above sea level, in the small town of Levice in South-Eastern Slovakia. Natural vinification: direct pressing of the whole bunches, the juice is moved by gravity, spontaneous fermentation, aging for 9 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro dose of sulphur.
