100% Tannat for this vintage, from vines grown biodynamically (the estate was certified by Demeter in 2016) and planted in 1990. Harvest: meticulous sorting, hand-picked with small crates. Vinification: 15 days of maceration, maturation in conical vats. Little sulphur. Céline explains the cuvée’s curious name: "It’s was while I was in the vat treading in shorts that the idea came to me. As I dipped my legs into this great lukewarm mass of grapes, I experienced a genuine physical pleasure!”
