L'Allumée - 2023 - Maison Advinam
Anne Buiatti
An atypical red, a perfect beverage for an aperitif, carried by notes of cherry, blackcurrant, in-shell almond, an explosion of fruit and freshness... Beautiful palate, a real favorite, a little bit allumée (on the edge in French) of course, but digestible and supple, one glass calls for another one!

Blend of 70% Sémillon, 10% Malbec and 20% Merlot, from vines grown biodynamically. Hand-harvesting, sorting of the grapes on custom-made wicker baskets, destemming on these same baskets, treading, direct pressing. The color of this wine therefore only comes from the few hours of maceration of the 30% red grapes during the crushing and pressing! Short aging in 750-liter clay amphora. Bottled without fining, filtration or addition of sulphites.
