A natural Malbec sparkling wine, what a great idea! With notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant and blood orange. Fresh on the palate, with fine, light bubbles and invigorating acidity, this juice is off the beaten track, making our senses dance for (almost!) euphoric tastings!
A blended cuvée of 95% Malbec and 5% Sauvignon, a sparkling wine made from organic vines planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested by hand. Natural vinification at the Darwin winery in central Bordeaux: pressing, start of fermentation in vats, bottling with residual sugars to create effervescence in the bottle. Unfined and unfiltered, with sulfites only used sparingly. Less than 2 gr/liter of residual sugars.
