New blend for this vintage: 45% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, and 10% Mourvèdre, from organically farmed vines certified in their third year of conversion (following the recent purchase of vineyards). The grapes were harvested by hand in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: whole bunches are placed by hand in fiber tanks, carbonic maceration for 6 days without punching down or pumping over. Slow and gentle pressing. Aged for 6 months in fiber tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
