100% Carignan, from 60-year-old vines grown at the vineyard sites Le Rieu and Vitteroux. The estate is certified organic. Grapes are harvested by hand using small crates, and only in the morning. Neither fined nor filtered, just a tiny bit of sulphur at bottling.
