La Bulle - 2023 - Raphaël Saint-Cyr
Raphaël Saint-Cyr
A lively pétillant naturel with fine, fresh bubbles, opening on citrus, white peach, and pear, with a hint of honeysuckle. The palate is fragrant with a surprisingly creamy texture, crisp and dry, finishing on a mineral note. Perfect for any occasion!

Blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Chardonnay, from organically farmed vines — the grapes are purchased from Raphaël’s brother-in-law — on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation started in tank, bottled early with residual sugars to create in-bottle effervescence. Aged on laths for 20 months, disgorged on May 16, 2025. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
