Mille Lieux sur Peaux - 2024 - La Grange de l'Oncle Charles

Jérôme François & Morgane Stoquert

Third vintage for this cuvée, with notes of citrus fruit, yellow peach, honey and rose. The palate is pure and taut, an orange wine structured by small tannins and a fine bitterness on the finish. Pair it with Asian cuisine!

A blend of 13 Alsatian grape varieties, grown organically and biodynamically, planted between 1970 and 2005 on granite, grey and marl limestone, at the foot of the slopes. The grapes were, of course, harvested by hand. Vinification: 10 days of maceration of the whole clusters, pressing, 12 months of aging in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Grange de l'Oncle Charles, without fining nor filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
